A £100 deposit is required immediately when making your booking, this will secure your holiday dates. A delay in paying your deposit could result in another party booking the dates you require.

A £100 refundable breakage deposit will be added to your booking. This will be fully refunded within 7 days of your departure
date. If there are any damages, theft, breakages, or excessive cleaning required, the cost of these will be deducted from your deposit before refunding. 

The decking is for relaxing purposes, with the ability to keep your dogs free and outside, safe and away from the road. It is not to be used as a toilet for your pet. Anyone found to be doing this will lose all of their breakage deposit, as this will come under excessive cleaning.

If full payment has been made and you need to cancel your holiday we will offer to move your holiday dates if possible or offer a refund minus the deposit. If we can get another booking to cover your original holiday dates we will refund your deposit. 

Payment is through online payments.

Full balance is required 8 weeks prior to your arrival day.

Arrival time is 16:00 and departure time is 10 am we will confirm times nearer to your arrival date. We can be flexible where possible, you will receive more detailed information nearer to your arrival date.

No smoking or vaping in the caravan under any circumstances.

Please treat the caravan as you would your own home, leaving it as you found it. Cleaning materials and hoover are supplied for use during your stay.

Linen & towels can be supplied for an additional charge of £30.00.

If you are supplying your own linens and towels, we will supply mattress protector’s and pillow protector’s duvets and pillows. We will also supply a tea towel, dish cloth, cleaning cloths, and a bath mat. Please do not take these home with you.

Please bring your own swimming and beach towels.

Please note, that entertainment passes are payable on-site at Reception. The clubhouse and swimming are seasonal from mid-March to mid-November.

We do have a pet waiver in place currently £25 per dog, this is to cover extra cleaning and treatments for the caravan.

Dogs must be on a lead at all times on the park, this is due to wildlife running free on the park.

Please clean up after your dog.

For insurance reasons – Dogs must never be left alone in the caravan at any time under any circumstance
